FAQ's:
1) Do you cater for Trade as well as Retail??
- Yes, We cater for both sectors and provide the highest quality of paint to both Trade as well as Retail.
2) Do you sell interior and exterior paint?
- Yes, we sell interior, exterior and everything in between including accessories.
3) How much paint to I need?
- To achieve one-coat coverage, paint should be applied at a maximum of 400 square feet per gallon. Rough or textured surfaces may require more paint. On these areas allow for 125-300 square feet per gallon. We do stress this may vary and we would advise you speak with us and we will give you a estimate
4) Can you match paints to household objects such as kitchen units or tiles?
- Yes, we have a ‘computer matching’ scanning system which matches the object to a specific shade. A scanner will take a single ‘snapshot’ of a paint sample or chip and arrive at a colour formula estimate. If there is dust or dirt on the sample brought in, the sample’s accuracy will be negatively affected. However this relatively new technology is very effective.
5) Can you deliver the paint?? (Around Pembrokeshire)
- Delivery only applies when you spend £150 or more during one visit to the store or if you are a frequent customer of Pembrokeshire Paints. The radius for the participating store is 20 miles and delivery times may vary.
Delivery applies to all paints and products purchased at the store.
Pembrokeshire Paints reserves the right to withdraw the Home Delivery service at any time.
6) Is there anywhere around your store where I could Park?
- Yes, the area around the store is generally not that busy and there is a convenient drop-off point outside the main entrance. However there are other trading stores surrounding the shop which have deliveries through out the week, but generally there's ample places to park within the industrial estate. There are no height restriction barriers on access to the store either.
7) Is there any disabled access?
- Yes, the store itself is on ground level and as stated before there is a general parking area by the main entrance, however customers should be made aware of the slight raise of the floor at the main entrance. We want disabled and older people to be able to shop with confidence in our store, secure in the knowledge that they will be able to access our goods and services with ease, our friendly staff are always there to help.
8) Are there Welsh speakers in your store?
- Oes (Yes), the manager and other staff are bilingual and are available to help with any queries.
